I’m naturally a morning person, waking up early in the morning is my addiction. I have an alarm set for 6:00 am. Where Sun rises will blow up like 6:30 am. But I normally wake up before that because my brother’s bedroom just beside me. So his alarm wakes me up first even his alarm so loud my brother still on the bed.
Basiacally I’m a student in college, so Friday always the day where I can relaxes my tension or stress. The first thing I do after waking up is a delay adulting twenty more minutes by playing on my phone then take a shower. I always wear my skincare routine before start my day. After that I head into the kitchen. My mother who always cooks for the whole family to make a breakfast. But this morning she has a headache, so I as a good daughter, it’s actually not a big deal to me make a food for everyone, I’m good at making the fried rice, but this time i prefer garlic bread with honey dip with a cup of tea this morning.
Then i went out of my backyard to feed the rabbits. My little brother who always to help because there are many rabbits. So far, about one hour after shower, I haven’t looked at phone or computer, because I charge my phone in small drawer and it’s don’t come to my mind, As soon as I done, I get dressed and grab the car keys and drive to buy ingredients for cooking lunch. While I’m outside I went to store to buy my favourite smoothie drink.
When I’m returning home, I took a long breath and sit on the couch and spend a few minutes in social media, then I feel bored so I’m chilling by watched Netflix series on television. I spend like two hours and I walk into the kitchen to eat lunch by myself and wash dishes and then I cleaned up the kitchen after the finish. It’s much easier to eat alone, because you just have to wash your own dishes. After that, since I really want a sip of coffee latte, so I do it my own style latte with whipped cream plus caramel, then I would take a nap, because drinking coffee makes me sleepy. I just expect to take a nap only like thirty minutes, but I don’t know why it always takes too much time for me.
By 5:30 pm I woke up and drink a glass of plain water, wash my face and going out in my backyard to play along with my siblings and cousins. I decide to jog around my house to stay healthy and have a fresh mind like twenty minutes before I back home. I don’t usually do yoga or stretch everyday so this is the way I stay healthy. I listen to music used my ipod while I’m jog because it give a good vibe while enjoying fresh air. After three rounds, I return home and I walk to my bedroom to take a shower and just have my personal work on the computer.
At this point, I have not eaten anything yet. I don’t get hungry until around 9:00 – 10:00 pm. Then I walk to the kitchen to have dinner alone, I eat a bowl of rice with chicken soup. Afterward, before I sleep, I take my supplements and have a protein shake strawberry flavour. Then I head in toilet to brush my teeth and have a skincare night routine. I’m a fan of the Korean beauty so basically I’ve used many products from Korean brand for my skincare. Last, I do my own things like watch YouTube, scroll twitter on my phone, then like 12:00 am I sleep until the morning.
